From Third Parties: Integration data from connected tools (CRM, calendars), payment processor information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our Services, process transactions, train and improve AI models, personalize your experience, communicate with you, monitor for fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Call Recording Disclosure

Our AI voice agents may record phone calls for quality assurance and to provide accurate transcriptions. Callers are informed of recording at the start of each call where required by law. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with call recording laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Information Sharing

We may share your information with service providers that help us operate our Services (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure data centers, regular security audits, and access controls.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) in analytics-only mode via Cloudflare Zaraz. We do not use advertising retargeting pixels, Facebook Pixel, or other cross-context behavioral tracking.
