1. Overview

At ScapeGrowth, we stand behind the quality of our AI voice agent services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of their initial subscription if they are not satisfied for any reason. To qualify: you must be a first-time customer, request within 30 days of first payment, and not have previously received a refund from ScapeGrowth.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Monthly: Cancel at any time. Service continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Annual: Within 30 days: full refund available. After 30 days: no refunds for remaining period; service continues until end of annual term.

4. Other Eligible Refund Situations

Service outages exceeding 24 hours, billing errors, persistent unresolvable technical issues, or material changes to Services that significantly reduce functionality you rely on.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Usage-based charges, one-time setup fees, custom development work, third-party service fees, accounts terminated for Terms violations, and promotional subscriptions (unless specified).

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@scapegrowth.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line. Include your company name, email, subscription details, and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days. Bank transfers: 5–7 business days.
